Gorgeous sea view room with a perfect view of Mount Agung! A la carte restaurant food was great & the breakfast menu offered a good variety for multiple nights. There is a trail/path next to the waterfront, which was an easier route to the harbour & restaurants (better than going via road). Staff were very attentive & helpful for the duration of our stay!

Starting with the hotel’s architecture, every room has its own unique infinity sea view, and from the huge balcony you can enjoy the jacuzzi while watching the stars at night. The food is just as good as it looks on TripAdvisor – surprisingly high quality. Dinner is above average, and the breakfast plates are, in my opinion, outstanding. As for the rooms, it’s very important that your water is safely refreshed every day. The bed is big and comfortable, and the TVs have smooth access to Netflix and YouTube. The internet speed and coverage were much better than I expected. All the staff here are very friendly and kind, but we especially met Dessy and Indra at breakfast and reception. They tried so hard to help us, and I want to thank them here. Right at the entrance of the hotel, there is a car and scooter rental place that works together with the hotel. Renting a vehicle is very easy and fast. They can also arrange a driver for a full day to take you around the island, from east to west, to see all the Instagram spots. We didn’t rent a scooter because the hotel road is quite tough. Many people use scooters, but the roads here are narrower than in mainland Bali, and some places are just paths. So if safety is your priority, I strongly recommend renting a car with a driver. The hotel also arranged both the boat tickets from Bali and the transfers from the harbor. We only had to enjoy ourselves. This is another positive thing I can say about the hotel.

We loved everything about it, especially the staff, both at Adiwana and the attached dive resort. Dessy, Juni and Ari were amazing. So friendly and hospitable and couldn’t do enough for us. The spa treatments were fantastic and the restaurant was very tasty. The breakfast was especially good. Many options and lovely fruit. Obviously the views were out of this world, especially at sunset. The beach is easily accessible just down the road through the next hotel along. Also a beautiful snorkelling spot in front of the property if you’re a strong swimmer. You can access it via a jetty just down the road on the way to the beach. We will definitely come back, mainly because of the staff being so excellent and attentive, on top of everything else.

This hotel was way better than we expected. Overlooking the sea to Nusa Lembogan and to Bali the view is absolutely beautiful. We arrived early afternoon (rented a scooter at the harbor) and we got a room upgrade to an ocean view suit with huge terrace two floors below the restaurant/pool area. The staff - especially Juli - was super nice, always friendly and smiling. The pool is big enough even on a smaller area, the food is amazing both breakfast and dining menu has plenty of choice. It's a bit tricky to get there if you go with scooter, the roads are not exactly EU standard, so be ready for a bit of an enduro riding. They do offer pick up though. Also the hotel offers different activities - we went to snorkeling to see Mantas, went to see Angel's billabong and Broken Beach. The resort also have a wonderful spa area too. We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we booked for a longer stay but oh well, maybe next time! Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the property, it has beautiful vies, and the staff were absolutely amazing! Julie, Dessy and Adi stood out especially in ensuring our every need was met. The only issue with this property is that it is quite isolated, and you will need to arrange a driver/rent a motorbike to get down to the main island. There is a backroad that you can walk into the main city in about 15 minutes but it is not maintained by the hotel and requires walking through brush. Overall a great stay and extremely relaxing - would definitely stay again!
